CONDITIONS FOR RETURN OR REFUND

• Items must be returned in their original and undamaged condition.
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We therefore kindly ask you to select your size carefully, as we are unable to refund original or return shipping costs.
• Please note that returns from outside the European Union may incur significantly higher shipping costs depending on your country. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control.

HOW TO RETURN / REFUND AN ITEM

1. Simply contact us — Send an email to support@mpds-streetlifting.com with your order number and the word "Return" in the subject line. Example: #1234 – Return
2. Receive your return form and label — Our support team will send you a return form and label promptly within 48 hours. Follow the instructions on the return form. 
3. Send your parcel — Drop off your package at any post office of your choice.
4. Refund processed — Once we have received and inspected your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method without delay.

RETURNS FROM NON-EU COUNTRIES

Please note: Returns from non-EU countries, such as Switzerland, Norway, Great Britain, Australia, USA or Canada must be fully cleared through customs. We can only accept packages that have already been cleared. Non-cleared returns will automatically be sent back to the sender.
