At MPDS, we pride ourselves on the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. We understand that sometimes, a product may not meet your expectations.
In such cases, we offer a hassle-free refund policy to ensure your shopping experience with us is always enjoyable.
Please note that returns from outside the EU can be significantly more expensive, and unfortunately, we have no control over these costs.
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully to understand our refund policy:
How to Return an Item
We’ve made returns easy and fully automated via our online return portal.
1. Go to our Return Portal

2. Enter your details
- Fill in your postal - zip code.
- Enter your order number, include a # at the start (for example: #12345).
- Without the # symbol, the portal will not recognize your order number.
3. Select the items to return: Choose which product(s) you want to return directly in the portal.
4. Pay for your return label
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- You can pay for the shipping label directly in the portal.
- After payment, you will receive your return label by email within 1–2 business days.
5. Send your package
- Attach the label and drop off your parcel as instructed.
- Items must be in original, undamaged condition. We cannot accept used or damaged returns.
6. Refund or exchange
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we have received and inspected your return.
- If you would like a different size or product, please place a new order on our website. We do not cover the shipping costs for new orders. We will refund the returned item as soon as we receive it.
7. Having trouble with the portal?
- No worries. If you run into any problems, simply e-mail us at support@mpds-streetlifting.com Please include your order number in the subject. We’re happy to help.
Additional Information

- The shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer. Selecting the correct size is the responsibility of the customer. We do not refund shipping costs.
