WHAT MAKES THE MPDS BARGRIP SHIRT DIFFERENT?

This is the first bar grip shirt made for. Engineered with high-friction zones across the back and, sleeves for low bar squats, it locks the bar in place so you can lift with full focus. No slipping. No adjusting. Just power and control.

HOW DOES IT HELP MY WRISTS?

In low bar squats, a shifting bar rolls down often into your wrists. That’s where strain starts. Our grip zones prevent that roll, reducing pressure on the joints and helping you stay in a strong, upright position longer.

IS THE BARGRIP SHIRT FINAL REP APPROVED?

Yes. It’s allowed.
There’s nothing in the Final Rep rulebook that prohibits bargrip shirts. Multiple world champions have worn the MPDS Bargrip Shirt during Final Rep World Championships fully compliant, no issues.
