Shoes fit good and are easy to take with you

Amazing progress. I usually do sets of 10 with 2 plates on dips. Tried these and were able to get 21 reps.

I really like the lightweight of the shoes and a great fit. Would recommend for streetlifting!

I love these half stiff sleeves! They feel really supportive and make dips a lot smoother. I had a tricep injury leading up to my last competition, and with these on comp day I felt secure and confident in my dips. Plus I hit two PRs with them!

When I first started Streetlifting I didn’t know what shoes to wear so I was so excited when MPDS came out with these 😍 I wear them every workout and wore them for my streetlifting comp in July and they were amazing! Super light weight and great grips.

These Sleeves are purely next level
Trust me when i say this : they give u an extra boost at everything : at dips, bench press especially
There is a big difference in dipping or benching with or without them
I M glad for using mpds they help me smash my pr S after Pr S and i reccomend them with all my heart

Très utile quand la magnésie (Poudre / Bloc) est interdite.

Cependant, il faut réussir à se mettre directement au bon endroit lorsqu'on se met sous la barre car le grip est tellement efficace que l'on a du mal à "gratter" pour bien se positionner.

De plus, il est assez léger à porter et il est beau.

MU / PU / DIPS: Légère + Très bonne emprise sur les poids

SQUAT: Elles sont parfaitement plates, ce qui favorise une bonne stabilité et un bon ressenti du sol.
Le système d'attache est rapide et efficace.

I've been using the 90cm wrist wraps for low bar squats and dips, and they provide excellent support that's helped me hit several PRs. The quality feels very premium and they give me the confidence to go heavy on both movements!
