At MPDS, we build gear that lasts. If something isn't right, we make it easy to fix. Under EU law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase — and we've made exercising that right as straightforward as placing the order.

1. Your Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order — no reason required, no penalty. This right applies to all products purchased at mpds.com, including equipment and apparel.

 Withdrawal period: The 14-day withdrawal period begins on the day you (or a third party you designate, other than the carrier) physically receive the goods. If your order contains multiple items delivered separately, the period starts on the day the last item is received.

2. How to Cancel — One Click

In line with EU Directive 2023/2673, you can exercise your right of withdrawal directly from our website. No login required. No email needed. No form to print and post.

The process is easy:

To cancel your order or withdraw from your purchase, simply enter your order number and contact details below. Once we receive your request, we will contact you right away to assist you further.

You will immediately receive an acknowledgement by email confirming your withdrawal has been registered.

That's it. Once confirmed, we handle the rest. You can also submit your withdrawal in writing to:

Please include your order number, name, and the item(s) you wish to return.

3. Returning Your Order

After submitting your withdrawal, return the item(s) to us within 14 days. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.

Return the product in its original condition, unused, with original packaging where possible. This does not mean the packaging must be unopened; you may inspect the item as you would in a physical store. Go to our return policy to initiate a return.

4. Refunds

We will refund the full purchase price, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request — or within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, whichever is later. Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at checkout. We do not charge any fee for the refund.

Note: we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided proof of return shipment.

5. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

—    Sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

—    Custom or personalised items made to your specification.

—    Digital downloads that have been accessed or activated after purchase.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective product or we sent the wrong item, you are covered under our 1-year warranty. In this case, MPDS covers return shipping costs. Contact us at support@mpds.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

7. Extended Withdrawal Period

If we fail to provide you with the required information about your right of withdrawal at the time of purchase, your withdrawal period is extended to 12 months and 14 days from the date of delivery.
