How do I Choose the right size?
Use our size chart and measure around your hips. where the belt will sit. If your size falls between two, choose the larger one. Better a belt too big than too tight.
Why O-rings instead of D-rings?
O-rings give better weight distribution, which you’ll feel especially on heavy dips and explosive muscle-ups, no shifting, no imbalance. Most brands use D-rings because they’re cheaper to produce, but they pull unevenly and twist under load. We chose performance over shortcuts.
